These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Waggy Vacation Deals LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1. You must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application.
2. Approval is at the sole discretion of Waggy Vacation Deals LLC.
3. You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
2. No false claims, spam, impersonation, or misleading advertising.
3. Use only Company-approved affiliate links and promotional materials.

3. Commission & Incentive Structure

Affiliates may earn income through travel agent referrals and traveler lead incentives, subject to verification and approval by the Company.

3.1 Travel Agent Referral Commissions (10%–40%)

Affiliates may earn a 10% to 40% commission for referring individuals who successfully apply, are approved, and join Waggy Vacation Deals LLC as independent travel agents.

• Tier 1: 10% commission per approved agent referral.
• Tier 2: 15% after 10 approved agent referrals.
• Tier 3: 20% after 20 approved agent referrals.
• Tier 4: 30% after 40 approved agent referrals.
• Tier 5: 40% after 100 approved agent referrals.

A qualifying agent referral must apply through the Affiliate’s tracking link, be approved by the Company, and complete onboarding requirements. Commissions are paid only on approved and active agent accounts.

3.2 Traveler Lead Incentive – $40 Trip Planning Fee Bonus

Affiliates may also earn a $40 lead incentive for each qualifying traveler referral that meets all of the following conditions:

• The traveler submits a travel quote request using the Affiliate’s approved tracking link;
• The traveler is verified as a new client;
• The traveler books a consultation and successfully pays the required trip planning fee;
• The transaction is approved, completed, and not refunded or charged back.

The $40 incentive is paid per traveler and is separate from agent referral commissions and booking commissions. Duplicate, fraudulent, or non-compliant leads may be denied or reversed.

4. Tracking, Validation & Adjustments

All referrals and incentives are tracked using Company systems. The Company’s determination of eligibility, validity, and payout is final.

5. Payments

Payments are issued within 15–60 days after validation, subject to minimum payout thresholds and compliance with this Agreement.

6. Suspension & Termination

Waggy Vacation Deals LLC may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including policy violations or suspected abuse.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” No earnings are guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waggy Vacation Deals LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
