This invoice outlines the terms, conditions, and responsibilities governing travel services provided by Waggy Vacation Deals LLC (“Agency”) to the traveler(s). Payment of this invoice constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms below.
All quotes are subject to availability and may change until a deposit or full payment is received and confirmed by the supplier.
Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made and booking is confirmed.
For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates.
Traveler is responsible for reviewing all invoice details and confirming accuracy prior to payment.

Trip Planning Fees cover professional research, itinerary design, coordination, and booking support.
Simple Travel Quote: $50
(Basic quote request for standard travel pricing and options)
Custom Travel Package (1 to 5 Travelers): $100 to $150
(Customized travel planning, including research, package building, and itinerary support)
Small Group Travel (Up to 10 Travelers): $250
(Group coordination, planning, pricing, and booking assistance)
Large Group Travel (10+ Travelers): $350 to $500
(Final fee depends on group size, destination, complexity, supplier coordination, and planning needs)
Fees are separate from the cost of flights, hotels, cruises, tours, insurance, and other travel components.
Pricing and availability are subject to change until booked and confirmed.
Additional revisions or destination changes may require additional fees.
Planning fees include up to two quotes for one destination per request. Inactive requests may be archived and may require a new planning fee to resume.
Change Fees: $45 per traveler, per request, plus any supplier penalties or fare differences.
All deposits and final payments must be received by stated deadlines. Waggy Vacation Deals LLC is not responsible for cancellations, penalties, or price increases caused by late, missed, or declined payments.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, and other travel suppliers.
Many travel components are fully or partially non-refundable once booked.
Any eligible refund is governed solely by the supplier’s terms, conditions, penalties, and timelines.
Agency Cancellation Fee: If a traveler requests cancellation of any booking, a $150 agency cancellation fee per traveler, per booking, applies.
Some refunds may be issued as future travel credit, voucher, or gift card based on supplier terms.
All planning fees, consultation fees, service fees, administrative fees, and payments made directly to Waggy Vacation Deals LLC for agency services are non-refundable once paid.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events, including cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, and travel-related losses.
Travelers who decline insurance assume full financial responsibility for any loss and agree that Waggy Vacation Deals LLC is not liable for such events.

Traveler names must exactly match government-issued ID or passport.
The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect information provided by the traveler.
Traveler is responsible for visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and required travel documents.
Waggy Vacation Deals LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers and is not responsible for supplier acts, errors, delays, omissions, cancellations, injuries, losses, or events beyond its control.
Group travel requires a minimum of 10 travelers and 5 rooms.
All group members must submit accurate information and payments on time.
Incentives (including Hotel Savings Cards) are issued only after completed travel.
Payment authorizes Waggy Vacation Deals LLC to communicate with suppliers, process approved charges, and deliver travel documents electronically.
Payment of this invoice confirms that the traveler has reviewed, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein, including but not limited to non-refundable agency fees, cancellation policies, planning fee terms, and the strong recommendation to purchase travel insurance.
No signature is required. All services are governed by these terms once payment is submitted.
